The Python Developer II course builds on core programming knowledge by combining two advanced learning tracks: Object-Oriented Projects and Advanced Data Structures. Students will first apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles using Pygame, designing and coding their own 2D platform game while strengthening creativity and problem-solving. They will then advance into data structures and programming paradigms, mastering concepts like magic methods, abstract data types, linked lists, recursion, and testing. By the end of the course, students will have both a practical project portfolio piece and the theoretical foundation to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable Python code—skills that prepare them for competitive programming, higher-level coursework, and real-world applications.
